Questions

Is this GPX viewer free?

Yes. Open as many GPX or TCX files as you like, with no sign-up.

Is my GPX file uploaded?

No. The file is read in your browser and never sent to us. Only the map tiles and the ground height for your route’s area are fetched from public map services.

Which files can I open?

GPX and TCX files from Strava, Garmin Connect, Coros, Suunto, Polar, Wahoo, Komoot and most running and cycling apps.

How do I get a GPX file from Strava?

On a computer, open the activity on strava.com, click the three dots (⋯) and choose Export GPX. On a phone, open strava.com in your browser, sign in, open the activity and add /export_gpx to the end of its address.

Why is the elevation different from Strava’s?

We measure the ground under your route from terrain data and smooth out GPS noise, so the climb can differ a little from what your watch recorded.

Can I print my route?

Yes. Scroll to “Your free poster” to download a print-ready poster, or make it a framed 3D print with the real hills.
