Where we deliver
We deliver to every serviceable PIN code in India. We don’t ship outside India yet. If a courier can’t reach your PIN code, we’ll tell you and refund your order in full.
Delivery charges
- Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India.
- If you choose partial cash on delivery (pay 25% now, minimum ₹350, and the rest to the courier), a cash-on-delivery fee of ₹99 per order applies. It’s shown at checkout before you place the order.
- Paying the full amount by UPI has no extra fee.
How long it takes
Every frame is printed and framed to order.
- Dispatch: within 2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) of your payment or advance being confirmed.
- Courier: usually 2–4 working days to metro cities and 2–7 working days to the rest of India. The North-East, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, the Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep and some remote PIN codes can take up to 10 working days.
- Most orders arrive within 4–9 working days of payment. These are estimates; the courier’s date for your parcel appears in the tracking link.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email you the courier’s name and tracking number. Your order page also shows tracking once it’s available.
Packaging and damage in transit
Each frame is packed to survive the journey. If yours arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll replace it free. See returns and refunds.
Changing the address
Email hello@mauvistudios.com with your order number before the order is dispatched and we’ll update it. After dispatch we can only ask the courier to redirect it, which isn’t always possible.
If a delivery fails
- The courier usually tries up to three times and may call the phone number on your order.
- If the parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody accepted it, we’ll contact you. We can send it again once you pay the courier’s re-delivery charge, which we tell you first.
- If a partial cash-on-delivery parcel is refused at the door, the order is cancelled. For an unpersonalised frame we refund your advance minus the actual cost of shipping it both ways. For a personalised frame the advance isn’t refunded, because the frame was made for you; we can still send it once you pay the balance and the re-delivery charge.
