What we collect
- Order details: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, optional GSTIN and any personalisation text.
- Messages you send us through our forms or by email.
- Payment details you give us: the UPI reference number you enter, and payment status. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login.
- Basic technical data such as IP address, used to protect the site from abuse.
- How you use the site (pages viewed, frames added to the cart, orders placed and their value), through cookies from Google (Analytics, Ads) and, when we advertise there, Meta. See below.
Your cart is kept in your own browser (local storage) until you place an order.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads (and the Meta Pixel when we advertise on Facebook or Instagram) to understand which pages and circuits people look at, and to measure whether our ads lead to orders. They set cookies in your browser and receive the product codes and order values involved, plus technical data about your device and browser. We never pass them your name, email address, phone number or delivery address. The page with your order details never loads these services.
To limit this, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, turn off personalised ads in your Google ad settings and Meta ad preferences, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on.
Why we use it
To make and deliver your order, send updates, issue invoices, answer your questions, meet legal and tax obligations, understand and improve the shop and our advertising, and, only if you opt in, tell you about new circuits.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers needed to run the shop: Razorpay (online payments, once they open), Shiprocket and its courier partners (delivery), our email provider and our web host. If you allow cookies, Google and Meta also receive the usage data described above. We don’t sell your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years, as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
