Products

Our frames are made to order. The pictures on this site show the design; small differences in colour and finish are normal for a hand-finished piece. The height of the printed track is exaggerated so it can be seen on the wall. Circuit names identify places only: we are not affiliated with any racing series, team, driver or circuit owner.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Delivery within India is free. The total you pay is shown at checkout before you place the order.
• You can pay in full by UPI, or pay an advance of 25% (minimum ₹350) by UPI and the rest in cash to the courier, with a ₹99 cash-on-delivery fee. We don’t offer full cash on delivery.
• If a price is clearly wrong because of an error on our side, we’ll contact you before making your order, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your order

Your order is confirmed, and we start making it, once we have checked your payment or advance. Orders still unpaid after 48 hours are cancelled automatically. We may decline or cancel an order if we can’t make it or deliver to your address; we then refund everything you paid.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Unpersonalised frames can be cancelled before dispatch and returned within 7 days of delivery. Personalised frames can be cancelled within 12 hours of payment and can’t be returned for a change of mind. Damage, defects and our mistakes are always replaced free. Personalisation

You’re responsible for the text you ask us to print, and we print it exactly as entered. We may refuse text that is offensive, infringes someone else’s rights or uses trademarks such as team, driver or series names; we’ll contact you first, and you can change the text or cancel for a full refund.

Complaints and disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first; if we don’t resolve it, write to our grievance officer. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. This doesn’t affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
